NUISANCE MOTORBIKE - AMINGTON GARDEN VILLAGE

We have received reports of a Sur-ron (Electric Motorbike) riding round the Amington Garden Village causing members of the public harassment, alarm and distress. The rider is described as a male, approximately 15 years old, wearing a grey tracksuit and black balaclava. 

Obviously catching this vehicle on the move is no easy task therefore we require information in regards to who is responsible, where they come from and where they are going etc.
